Executive Director

Joe leads the growth of the business within the UK and Europe.
With over 36 years of construction management experience, Joe brings a calm and balanced approach to even the most complex of projects, always ensuring that every client desire is fulfilled, no matter how ambitious. Having delivered a notable portfolio of works, from avant-garde tropical leisure complexes to grand countryside private estates, Joe’s team never fail to create extraordinary environments.

Ted Nightingill
Operations Director

Working in construction for 35 years, Ted is a highly experienced Operations Director.
Ted has overseen some of our most prestigious projects across the world, managing the execution of every element of the programme with precision. His strongly established relationships with specialist craftspeople and suppliers, combined with his collaborative presence on-site, are key ingredients in his impeccable results.

Jad Constantine
Technical & Engineering Director

Jad’s role within the Urbacon team is pivotal to the co-ordination of our projects. Jad manages the design and technical aspect, as well as the interface with procurement and preparation of tenders with our national and international supply chain. The key to success in our business is co-ordination and attention to detail to allow us to produce a quality product first time, every time.
